Delivery and Returns
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for uk delivery.
All orders will be shipped 1st Class using either Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the parcel.

For international orders please get in touch for a delivery quote. Please note, you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country, this is out of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Should you change your mind about your order we are happy to offer a full refund on the item(s) provided they are returned in the condition in which they were sent to you.
Please email info@paisleyandfriends.co.uk to register your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of postage back to us.
When returning, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly recommend using a registered and recorded postal service and please retain the proof of postage. For hygeine reasons we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of any earrings.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Please email us within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. We will be able to discuss a replacement or refund for you. Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
